Lincoln's centralized automatic lubrication system is generally composed of four basic parts: lubrication pump.distributor, pipeline assembly and control system: (1) The role of the lubrication pump is to provide power and theequired lubrication medium. This includes components such as motors, reservoirs and controllers. (2) The function ofthe distributor is to distribute the lubricating medium according to the demand. lt is divided into two structural forms?progressive and non-progressive. (3) The function of the pipeline assembly is to connect the lubrication pumpdistribution element, etc. in the system, and transport the lubrication medium to each lubrication point. t is composed ofpipe fittings, hoses, etc. (4) The function of the control system is to control the lubrication pump to work according to theset requirements, control the lubrication pump and the system on or off time, the oil reservoir level for monitoring andalarm, can also display the working status of the system.
In order to make the lubrication system use for a long time, it is necessary to regularly repair the automatic lubricationsystem to check whether the oil connection is stable, and tighten it in time if it is found to be loose. According to theactual oil level of the automatic lubrication pump, the automatic lubrication pump is replenished with grease to ensurethat the amount of grease in the automatic lubrication pump is sufficient.
