The working principle of electric lubrication pumps and the solution when itdoes not produce oil
2024-07-05 00:14:21
What is an electric lubrication pump?Electric lubrication pump is composed of pump body, vertical chassis, power forced lubrication bearing sleeve, electric lubricating oil pumpsafety valve and return rubber oil seal and other parts, the main transmission gear is composed of four helical gears gear group, the safety valve adopts differential pressure structure, and the motor adopts tin direct connection structure.

The electric lubrication pump adopts high-pressure plunger pump, the working pressure is within the nominal pressure range, can beadjusted arbitrarily, with double overload protection, and the oi storage drum has an automatic oi level alarm device. Before the pump isfiled with grease for the est to add some lubricating oi, because the lubricating oil has good fuidity and will fil all parts, which is conducive to the removal of air lf there is a ubricalion area where oil cannot be used, the pump must run until no air is preseniwith grease reaching the end of the pipe.

How does an electric lubrication pump work?

The deared motor is fixed on the connecing flange with the pump device, and the sliding fork is driven by the eccentric shaft for linearreciprocating motion, and the screw pressure oil plate and the oil scraper plate are driven, and the rotation starts in the clockwisedirection, and the grease that becomes sot by acitation is evenly pressed around the ol suction port of the pump device. There are twosets of pistons in the pump body, when the working piston in one qroup of pistons completes the oll absorption process, the workingpiston in the other group presses the grease to the oil outlet. When the fork moves to the left, the upper group of pistons completes ollabsorption, and the lower group of pistons completes oil pressure and starts a new working cycle.

Causes and solutions for electric lubrication pumps that do not produce oil?

Whether the appearance of the oil pump is leaking or damaged, if the appearance is normal,it is recommended to check whether thelower oil pipe is blocked or there is air in the oil pipe, and replace it if the upper pump is damaged. Usually the possible cause of oilleakage is that due to blocked or damaged valves, the best solution is to replace the valve. The valve fiting is loose, tighten the fiting orreplace the fitting. The pump and hydraulic oil lines are damaged, then they need to be sent for repair.
