What is a hydraulic lubrication pump?

Hydraulic lubrication pump is a piston lubricaion pump using hvdraulic power, using double cvlinder double plunger symmetrical structureequipped with explosion-proof electromagnetic directional valve, can realize a drive oil pipe access, electromagnetic directional valvereversing drive double cylinder motion pumping grease. Hydrauic pumps are used in hydraulic drive systems and can be hydrostaticpumps or hydropower pumps. The hydraulic pump is a mechanical power source, which converts mechanical power into hydraulic energyThe flow it produces has enough power to overcome the pressure caused by the load at the pump outlet. When the hydraulic pumpworks, it creates a vacuum at the inlet of the pump, forcing the iquid from the reservoir into the inlet line of the pump, and transportingthese liquids to the outlet of the pump by mechanical action, forcing it into the hydraulic system. The hydrostatic pump is a positivedisplacement pump, while the hydraulic pump can be a fixed displacement pump, the displacement cannot be adjusted, or it can be avariable displacement pump, its structure is more complex, and the displacement can be adjusted.

The main differences between hydraulic pumps and lubrication pum:

1. Diferent in nature. The hydraulic pump is the power component of the hydraulic system, which is driven by the engine or electic motor, sucks oi from the hydraulic tank, forms a pressure ol discharge, and sends it to the actuator. A lubrication pump is a kind of lubricationequipment that supplies lubricant to the lubricated part.
2. The function is different. The hydraulic pump converts the mechanical energy of the power pump into the pressure energy of the liquid.
The lubrication pump is to supply lubricant to the lubrication part, reduce equipment failure and extend the service life of the machine.
3. Diferent characteristics. The hydraulic pump is made of aluminum alloy, high strength, corrosion resistance, light weight, suitable forvarious environments. The lubrication pump is fuel-eficient, pollution-free and maintenance-free3.

How does a hydraulic lubrication pump work?

The cam is driven by an electric motor to rotate. When the cam pushes the plunger upward, the sealing volume formed by the plunger andthe cylinder block is reduced, and the oll is squeezed out of the sealing volume and discharged to the place where it is needed throughthe check valve. When the cam rotates to the descending part of the curve, the spring forces the plunger downward, foming a certain/acuum degree, and the ol in the tank enters the sealing volume under the action of atmospheric pressure. The cam makes the plungelcontinuously rise and fal, the sealing volume periodically decreases and increases, and the pump continuously absorbs and drains oil.
