Causes and solutions of insufficient oil pressure of CNC lubricating oil pump:
The lubricating oil pump is short of oil, and lubricating oil can be added to the upper limit line position.
The pressure reliefmechanism of the lubrication pump pressure relief machine is too fast, if it can be adiusted. the pressure relief speedcan be adiusted, and it needs to be replaced if it cannot be adiusted.
The check valve in the oil circuit does not operate.and the check valve is replaced with it.
The motor is damaged, replace the lubrication pump.
