KEWELL Cycle Indicator
Cycle Indicator
The cycle indicator is the main monitoring component on the distributor, which is commonly used as mechanical indicator, electrical microswitch and inductive proximity switch.
Mechanical Indicator rod
The mechanical indicator rod type circulation indicator is connected to the distributor plunger by visually observing the extension and retraction actions of the indicator rod, and monitoring the oil output of the distributor. Maximum circulation rate: 60cyc/min

Micro-switching Cycle Indicator
A micro-switching cycle indicator is a device that monitors the flow of lubricant through the system. It uses the indicator rod on the plunger in the progressive distributor to reciprocate, and touches the opening or closing of the electrical micro switch in the cycle indicator to send a signal to the host's control system. Once an abnormality occurs in the lubrication system, the host's control system can issue an alarm or stop the main engine operation for timely maintenance.

Inductive Proximity Switch Type Cycle Indicator
Inductive proximity switch type cycle indicator uses a proximity switch to monitor the reciprocating movement of the distributor plunger, which sends out electrical signals through cycle induction, and then monitors the oil output of the distributor. The distributor adopts a four wire fully sealed proximity switch, which is easy to install and disassemble, has good overall sealing performance, accurate sensing signal, and is suitable for various working conditions, especially highpressure and high-frequency oil injection conditions.
