Do you know what manual lubrication pumps do

In recent years, with the development of science and technology and industrial technology, lubrication technology hasgradualy progressed, but the root of lubrication has been traced back much longer than expected. To really count, inancient Egypt, lubrication technology has already appeared. During this period, olive oil is used as a lubricant to movelarge rocks or other heavy obiects. The ancient Egyptians needed chariots to fight, and the axles needed to belubricated, so they used animal fat to lubricate the axles. In modern times, people invented the automobile, the demandfor lubrication continues to grow, especially the automotive industry's demand for lubrication has increased greatly, thepast lubrication performance is particularly poor, lubricant manufacturers began to process their petroleum-based oil toimprove the performance of lubricating oil. With the development of increasingly advanced products, the development oflubricants continues to meet the growing demand for higher productivity, performance reliability, energy eficiency andenvironmental responsibility in modern machinery. This is where today's lubrication systems come from. Lubricationsystems are divided into electric lubrication systems and manual lubrication svstems. The manual lubrication pump issuitable for manual lubrication pumps that supply grease to each lubrication point through the oil feeder in the two-linegrease centralized lubrication system

Structure and working principle of manual lubrication pump: Manual lubrication pump is mainly composed of oil reservoirplunger pump, check valve, oil filter and other main parts. lts working principle is: when it starts to work, we need to pullthe handle, through the pinion on the gear shaft to drive the rack piston for reciprocating motion. When the piston islocated in the left row of the limit position at the right end, the grease is pressed into the main oil pipe through the checkvalve throuch the directional valve, and when the sliding piston stroke ends and reaches the extreme limit position at theleft end the chamber at the right end of the sliding piston is flled with grease in the oil reservoir. When the sliding pistonmoves to the right again, the check valve at the right end of the sliding piston, after the reversing valve, is pressed intothe main oil pipe, and the handle can continue to be triggered, and the oil pump wll continue to reciprocate, and thegrease will continue to press to each group of oil feeders.

Manual grease pumps and manual lubrication pumps are suitable for industrial equipment, such as injection moldingmachines, die casting machines, shoe machines, woodworking machinery, printing machinery, packaging machinery, marine industry, etc. lt is the responsibility of the lubrication system to protect the adequate lubrication of engineering, machinery and other equipment. In order to ensure the long-term high performance of mechanical equipment, we needong-term and spontaneous maintenance. Manual lubrication pumps not only dispense grease or lubricant to a variety oiarge machinery, but also enable operators to do it in a timely manner. Because the manual lubrication system is easy tooperate, it can be learned by non-technical personnel, and it is not restricted by any place, and can be used wheneverneeded.

The amount of lubricant used must be precise, especially contamination during transfer, where too much or too littlelubricant and the use of the wrong lubricant as lubrication points are common problems that can be easily preventedusing a manual lubrication pump. Hand lubricated pumps are specifically designed to address these issues through abroad portfolio of lubricant storage, handling, metering, labeling, analysis and application lubricants.
