Automatic lubrication pumps can increase the service life ofmachinery when used properly
2023-12-01 12:22:25

Automatic lubrication pump is a kind of lubrication equipment, supplying lubricant to the lubrication part, equipped withan induction motor, which can be applied in the centralized lubrication system of engineering, forging automation andother mechanical equipment. Automatic lubrication means safer operation and is the best time for machinery such asvehicles to lubricate when they are moving. The use of manual grease or lubricating oil to mobile equipment such asvehicles is a high-risk, unsafe situation for operators. In general, automatic lube oil pumps are safer and more eficientthan manual lubrication pumps.
With automatic grease pumps for on-board or heavy equipment, unplanned downtime will be reduced and yourmaintenance costs will be reduced. n addition, automatic lubrication systems provide stable lubrication more frequentlythan manual lubrication systems. lt's important to remember that too little lubrication can generate heat and wear, whiletoo much can generate resistance, heat and wear, and may even damage seals.
Automatic lubrication pumps keep machinery and equipment such as vehicles optimally lubricated in the harshestworking environments. Maximize lubrication characteristics by keeping your vehicles and equipment running, rather thanbeing lubricated when stopped. When the automatic lubrication pump is running, its filter removes contaminants from theair and prevents debris from entering the lubrication point.
When you learn to properly maintain equipment such as vehicles and machinery, then the service life of theseequipment will be extended, and the productivity and performance of the equipment will increase, which will reducemaintenance. Therefore, the correct use of automatic lubrication pumps is the most critical factor in maintaining the lifeand productivity of any vehicle and mechanical equipment.

Automatic grease lubrication pumps are oil supply adjustments that rotate all plungers of the pump at the same timethrough a gear rod and rotating sleeve. When the plunger rotates, the start time of the oil supply remains the samewhile the end time of the oil supply changes. The bevel angle of the plunger changes the position of the oil return hole otthe plunger sleeve. As the plunger rotation angle is different, the effective stroke of the plunger will also be different, sothe oil supply will also change. n the case of no oil supply, the greater the rotation angle of the plunger, the greater theinclination between the upper end face of the plunger and the oil return hole of the open plunger sleeve, and the greaterthe oil supply. If the rotation angle of the pluncer is small, the oil will be cut off earlier. and the oil supply will also becomesmaller. When the diesel engine is stopped, the oil must be cut of at this time. The longitudinal groove on the plungercan be turned to the oil return hole directly opposite the plunger sleeve. At this time, during the entire stroke of theplunger, the fuel in the plunger sleeve has flowed back to the oil passage through the longitudinal groove and the oilreturn hole, so the fuel supply is equal to zero. Therefore, when the plunger rotates, the oil supply amount can beadjusted by changing the oil supply end.
