Equipment lubrication is an important part of equipment maintenance. Lack of oil, deterioration of grease or non-conforming lubricating materials used by the equipment will lead to frequent equipment faults and even damage the accuracy and function of the equipment. Equipment maintenance involves many links such as refueling, dust collection, cleaning, disassembly and replacement of vulnerable parts, which requires certain expertise and experience. It is also divided into daily maintenance, weekly maintenance, monthly maintenance and semi annual maintenance, with a large time span. From the maintenance practice of the equipment, we found that many equipment failures are caused by poor lubrication and non-standard lubrication management. In order to do a good job in equipment lubrication, many printing enterprises have incorporated the "five fixed" and "three filtration" systems of equipment lubrication into the standardized management of enterprise equipment lubrication, and achieved remarkable results.

Three filtration

"Three filtration", also known as "three-stage filtration", is a purification measure taken to reduce the content of impurities in the oil and prevent dust and other impurities from entering the equipment with the oil.

1. Warehousing filtration: the oil must be strictly filtered when it is transported into the warehouse and pumped into the oil tank for storage.

2. Distribution and filtration: the oil shall be filtered when it is injected into the lubrication container.

3. Refueling and filtering: the oil must be filtered before being added to the oil storage part of the equipment.

Wuding

1. Regular: add oil, clean and change oil according to the cycle specified in the lubrication chart or card. For the oil tank with large oil storage capacity, sample and test it according to the specified time, and determine the cycle of cleaning and changing oil, circulating filtration and sampling inspection according to the oil quality.

2. Quality determination: the oil shall be used according to the grease brand specified in the lubrication chart, and the lubricating materials and mixed oil products must pass the inspection; The lubricating device and refueling apparatus shall be kept clean.

3. Fixed point: determine the lubrication position and lubrication point of each equipment, keep it clean and intact, and implement fixed-point oil supply.

4. Fixed person: according to the provisions on the lubrication chart, clarify the division of labor of operators, maintenance workers and lubricators for daily refueling, cleaning and oil change of equipment, each take their own responsibilities, supervise each other, and determine the personnel for sampling and inspection.

5. Quantitative: on the basis of ensuring good lubrication, implement daily oil consumption quota and quantitative oil change, do a good job in waste oil recovery and return to the warehouse, control equipment oil leakage and prevent waste.

The division of labor of operators, lubricators and maintenance workers in equipment lubrication is as follows:

1. Lubricator

Be responsible for regularly adding oil to the oil storage tank, cleaning and changing oil, adding grease to the manual lubrication pump, regularly adding oil (grease) to the common equipment such as conveying chain and assembly belt, and taking oil samples for inspection as planned.

2. Operator

Be responsible for adding oil (grease) to the lubrication points by manual lubrication pump every shift, every week or often, switching the oil drip cup and screwing the grease cup, and monitoring the oil level through the oil window.

3. Maintenance worker

Be responsible for the repair, cleaning and replacement of lubricating device and oil filter, cleaning and changing oil (grease) of disassembly parts and controlling oil leakage during overhaul and overhaul.
